We offer our space to rent Monday through Saturday starting at 5 pm and Sundays starting at 1 pm.

Pricing is $75 per hour plus an additional $15 per hour for an extra barista depending on the number of guests and your need for barista service. All time in the coffeehouse is part of your rented time, so please plan accordingly if needing to decorate/clean-up before/after your event. Reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to the event for full refund; canceling 24 hours or less will result in only 50% of rental fee being refunded.

We offer full barista services in which you may purchase beverages or our scratch made baked goods. Catering for your event is also available. Please contact our manager at manager@aromacoffeehousewichita.com for prices and more information. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages during your rental. Sorry, no alcoholic beverages allowed.

We ask that if you decorate or move any furniture to please clean up and return furniture to its original location. And please no tape or command strips on painted walls.
