Our Mission:  Aroma exists to be a space of warmth and inspiration that serves excellent coffee, invites kind connections, and motivates the community.

As a non-profit business, we have chosen to benefit two mission projects: Naomi House from Thailand & Himalayan Freedom Co, from Nepal. Both ministries help marginalized women provide for their families. We also seek to support our own local community needs.

Community mini grant projects that may be submitted:

• Meet a need in our community
• Service projects
• Projects that meet the mission/vision/values of Aroma coffee shop

We will not support:

• Individual salaries
• Travel
• Individual camp scholarships
• Projects already completed 

The project may receive up to ¾ of the funds before completion with the last ¼ of the funding being reimbursed after a brief project summary/story and photo of the final project is submitted. Please turn in all receipts.

Project funding request amounts considered for up to $500.

Grants may be submitted anytime. They will be awarded ongoing based on the availability of funds. Those submitting grants will be notified of the award by phone or email.

If you are awarded a grant, we ask all recipients to submit a final report. Please submit that here.
